Materials:

• Artminds Glitter – Garnet, Onyx
• Artminds gems
• Large decorative pumpkin – white
• Styrofoam cone – 9 inches tall
• Simple mask
• Craft feathers – pink
• Craft paint – black
• scissors
• Craft knife
• Craft brush
• Craft glue

Steps:

1. Cut top 2 inches of cone off with craft knife to make hat.  Cover cone with glue using brush, and Garnet glitter, let dry.
2.  Cover mask with glue using brush, and Onyx glitter. Let dry.
3.  Outline eyes of mask with gems, securing with glue, as shown in photo.
4. Glue silver gems to hat, as shown in photo.
5. Paint black circle on pumpkin for mouth, see photo for reference.
6. Glue feathers around bottom rim of hat, see photo for reference.
7. Place mask around pumpkin’s “face”.
8. Glue hat to top of pumpkin.
