• White craft paint
• Craft glue

• Scissors
• Ribbon – Orange/black fringe, polka dot

Steps

1. Paint hanging white.
2. Glue ribbon around edge.
3. Glue Black Cat and Jack-O-Lanterns to disc as shown.
4. Tie ribbon through holes to hang.
