Steps
- Wrap two trees with chenille stems for garland, add glitter with glue to trees.
- Bend wire on sleigh to make reindeer fly.
- Glue trees, sleigh, signs, and snowman to tray with hot glue.
- Sprinkle snowballs around minis.
