Create a Fun Patriotic Glittered Hat for Summer!

• Artminds Extra Fine Glitter – Sapphire (SUL50867  UPC 717968508676)
• Artminds Extra Fine Glitter – 24 Karat (SUL50862  UPC 717968508621)
• Artminds Extra Fine Glitter – Sterling (SUL50861  UPC 717968508614)
• Creatology Pom-pom Garland – Red (SUL241836  UPC 886946097539)
• Creatology  fun foam – Blue, yellow, grey
• Sparkle chenille stems
• Glue
• Stapler
• Star shapes punch
• Scissors

Steps

1. Cut strip of blue fun foam to fit child’s head.  Cover with glue and Sapphire glitter, let dry, staple together.
2. Cut out yellow and grey stars, cover with glue on one side.
3. Sprinkle yellow stars with 24 Karat glitter, sprinkle grey stars with Sterling glitter, let dry.
4. Glue stars to hat and chenille stems as shown.
5. Glue pom-pom garland around outside edge of hat.
6. Glue chenille stems to inside edge of hat as shown.
