Materials:

• Crystal Diamond glitter
• Cello glitter flakes
• Styrofoam ball
• Heart shaped bottle or jar
• Scrapbook paper
• Black beads
• Felt snowflake
• Small heart shaped gem
• Tinsel ribbon, red ribbon
• Red sparkle pom-poms
• Craft glue or hot glue
• E6000 glue
• Scissors

Steps:

1.  Insert cello glitter into bottle.
2.  Cover bottle neck with glue and place felt snowflake on top to form collar.
3.  Make snowman head using styrofoam ball.  Cover with glue and Crystal Diamond glitter, let dry.
4. Create snowman’s face with beads for eyes, glitter pom pom for nose.  Attach with glue.
5.  For party hat, cut out rounded cone from scrapbook paper, glue together to form hat. Add glitter, ribbon, tinsel, pom-pom on top to decorate.
6.  Glue snowman’s head and crystal heart gem to bottle using E6000 glue, let dry.
7. Glue party hat to snowman’s head.
8. Add ribbon around snowman’s neck.
