• Cupcake papers
• Sparkle Pom-poms – pink, red
• Paper straws – pink
• Glass vase
• Lace
• Craft glue
• Scissors

Steps

1. Glue three cupcake liners together as shown, let dry.
2. Glue pom-pom to center.
3. Glue flower to straw.
4. Outline flower with glitter glue, let dry.
5. Place flowers in vase, tie lace around neck.
