• Red, pink paper or cardstock
• Vintage jewelry
• Glue
• Scissors
• Tinsel ribbon
• Red ribbon
• Tim Holtz “Adore”ticket
• Silk flower petals
• Wire
• Paper hole punch
• Bottle with cork

Steps

1. Cover cork with glue, sprinkle with silver glitter; let dry.
2. Cut out hearts from red paper, outline with glitter glue, let dry.
3. Punch hole in hearts and ticket, tie around bottle with wire.
4. Attach jewelry to bottle neck with wire.
5. Place petals inside bottle, replace cork.
6. Tie ribbons around neck of bottle as shown.
