Materials:

  • Fine Glitter – Black
  • Giant Chenille Stem – Orange
  • Sparkle Pom Poms
  • Scissors
  • Tinsel Ribbon
  • Cardstock or Scrapbook Paper
  • Craft Crow
  • Craft Brush
  • Craft Glue

Steps:

  1. Paint beak of crow with craft glue using brush, sprinkle with glitter, let dry.
  2. Cut out cone from paper to form party hat, glue together.
  3. Glue pom pom to top of hat as seen in photo.
  4. Glue tinsel ribbon around base of hat, glue to crow’s head.
  5. Wrap chenille around crow’s neck.
